Weston Park Drone Race 2025

In partnership with the British Army Drone Sports Association (BADSA). Drone Sport UK is proud to bring drone racing to Weston Park as part of the 2025 International Model Air Show. This event will be run under standardised Drone Sport UK Race Rules, with no amendments or customisations. Full rulebook available (HERE)

The Track

At Drone Sport UK, we actively support the use of the VelociDrone FPV Race Simulator as a valuable tool for pilot preparation and event safety. Wherever possible, we will publish digital versions of our race tracks ahead of time, allowing pilots to familiarise themselves with course layout, flow, and technical elements before arriving on site.

This approach benefits everyone involved — from individual pilots refining their lines and confidence, to event coordinators who see smoother race execution and fewer delays. By reducing unexpected crashes, we not only improve pilot safety but also help minimise the financial burden of broken gear and replacement parts. Sim practice supports cleaner flying, tighter competition, and a more professional standard across all our events.

Camping
